Kejari HST Musnahkan Ratusan Barang Rampasan dengan Status Inkracht

Hulu Sungai Tengah, Dnusantarapost.com – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST) lakukan pemusnahan barang rampasan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap.

Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh Bupati berserta Forkopimda HST, bertempat di Halaman Kantor Kejari, Jln Abdul Muis Ridhani, Kecamatan Barabai, Rabu (30/11).

Kepala Kejari HST Faizal Banu mengatakan, pemusnahan barang rampasan ini merupakan perkara yang sudah inkracht atau berkekuatan hukum tetap, pemusnahan barang rampasan tersebut merupakan periode November 2021 hingga November 2022.

“Ada ratusan perkara yang sudah ditangani dan diselesaikan hingga inkracht, saat ini yang masih jadi PR bersama yakni masih tingginya apenyalahgunaan Narkotika,” katanya.

Hal tersebut, tambahnya, agar tercipta kekuatan bersama dalam pelaksanaan tugas penegakan hukum dan memberantas kejahatan yang menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama.

“Ini adalah salah satu tugas dan langkah kami untuk melaksanakan putusan hakim yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht),” tambahnya.

Faizal mengatakan, Barang rampasan yang dimusnahkan, rinciannya, 347 paket sabu berat bruto 174,52 gram, 5.304 butir obat jenis seledryl, 420 butir obat samcodin, 270 obat jenis ifarsyl, 199 butir obat alprazolam.

“Kemudian 66 unit handphone, 30 buah sajam, 7 buah tangki modifikasi, 29 buah jerigen, 158 botol alkohol, 46 botol minuman beralkohol jenis Mc Donald, Orang tua, dan Colombus,” ujarnya.

Pemusnahan barang bukti ini juga sebagai implementasi pelaksanaan tugas baik sebagai jaksa atau penuntut umum yang diatur dalam Pasal 1 Angka 6 Huruf (a) dan (b) KUHAP yang menjelaskan bahwa Jaksa adalah pejabat yang diberi wewenang oleh undang-undang untuk bertindak sebagai penuntut umum serta melaksanakan putusan pengadilan yang memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap. 

Penuntut umum adalah Jaksa yang diberi wewenang oleh undang-Undang untuk melakukan penuntutan dan melaksanakan penetapan hakim.
