Hulu Sungai Tengah, Dnusantarapost.com – Bupati Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST), Kalimantan Selatan (Kalsel), H Aulia Oktafiandi membuka Sosialisasi Analisis Jabatan acara ,bertempat di Aula Bappelitbangda lantai 2, Rabu (5/7).


H Aulia Oktafiandi mengatakan, kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat yang dituangkan melalui Peraturan Menteri PAN RB Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 merupakan hal yang penting untuk kita pelajari bersama.

“Analisis jabatan memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi dan tugas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), analisis jabatan membantu menciptakan kejelasan, kesesuaian dan efesiensi dalam tugas serta tanggung jawab,” katanya.


Menurutnya, pemahaman yang jelas tentang peran dan tanggung jawab mereka, ASN dapat bekerja dengan lebih efektif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat.


“Analisis Jabatan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang sangat signifikan dalam pengembangan karier pegawai, peningkatan efesiensi organisasi dan pemberdayaan aparatur ditingkat daerah,” ujarnya.
Sebagai momentum perbaikaan dan penyesuaian, tambahnya, dalam penyusunan analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja yang harus mengacu pada instrument yang sudah ditetapkan dalam peraturan Menteri maupun Kepala Daerah.


“Semoga kegiatan ini membawa manfaat dan benar-benar menjadi Upaya positif bagi masyarakat, menuju Hulu Sungai Tengah yang lebih Makmur, Unggul dan Dinamsi,” tambahnya.


Sementara Kepala Bagian Organisasi, M Afni Hidayat mengatakan, sosialisasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tata cara penyusunan dokumen analisis jabatan.


“Peserta adalah pejabat yang menangani kepegawaian pada Perangkat Daerah atau unit kerja dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah berjumlah 82 orang,”katanya
Narasumber dari Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Kepala Bidang Pengadaan, pemberhentian dan informasi kepegawaian Mashudi.


Turut Hadir dalam acara Plt Asisten Bidang Administrasi Umum, Kabag Organisasi Setda HST, Kepala Baznas HST dan undangan lainnya.
