Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (PUPR PERKIM) Kabupaten Balangan, adakan sosialisasi program Layanan Lumpur Tinja Terjadwal (LLTT), bertempat di Aula Kantor Kecamatan Lampihong, Kamis (10/8/2023).
Hadir dalam kegiatan Camat Lampihong, Muhammad Arsyad, Kepala UPTD Pengelolaan Air Limbah (PAL) Kabupaten Balangan, Wenny Desy Novianti beserta jajaran, serta kepala desa setempat.
Dalam sambutannya Kepala UPTD Pengelolaan Air Limbah Kabupaten Balangan, Wenny Desy Novianti, menyampaikan kegiatan ini merupakan langkah untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan air limbah dan juga mengurangi terjadinya penyebaran bakteri di lumpur tinja.
Wenny berharap dengan adanya penanganan seperti ini, upaya pemerintah daerah dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Kabupaten Balangan bisa terlaksana dan masyarakat nantinya bisa lebih memahami lagi tata cara pola hidup yang sehat.
“Semoga nantinya dengan adanya sanitasi yang baik dapat menurunkan angka stunting di Kabupaten Balangan,” harapnya.
Adapun Camat Lampihong, Muhammad Arsyad, mengungkapkan terima kasihnya kepada instansi terkait yang telah melaksanakan sosialisasi tersebut, sehingga masyarakat bisa lebih mengetahui manfaat dari penyedotan lumpur tinja.
“Semoga nantinya ada sosialisasi dari kepala desa ke masyarakat, sehingga kegiatan ini dapat berlangsung dengan lancar dan tentunya bisa mengurangi stunting terutama di Kecamatan Lampihong,” harap Camat Lampihong. (MC Balangan)
